As of September 19, 2006, Alvin ISD Purchasing Department has changed their procedures for extending proposal/bid invitations to vendors. Due to the length of the Terms and Conditions, they are now provided on this website and not included in any of the catalog contracts. We encourage you read and print this documentation as it will be utilized as guidance for all purchasing policies and procedures upon award of any term contract identified below.
